The following general terms and conditions apply to all use of the website, to all transactions carried out via the website www.intercellar.ch but also to all sales carried out by other means (telephone, e-mail… ) as well as to all other services offered by Helvetica Fermenti SA. The customer acknowledges that he/she is bound by these General Terms and Conditions, which he/she declares to have read and accepted.
The General Terms and Conditions described below constitute a contract between the customer and Helvetica Fermenti SA. These General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time and without prior notice by Helvetica Fermenti SA and are immediately applicable to all new orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult them regularly in order to be informed of any changes.
Terms and conditions of use
The InterCellar brand and the intercellar.ch website are the exclusive property of Helvetica Fermenti SA. All elements of this website, as well as all other elements of the brand, are protected by intellectual property law, and in particular by copyright law.
No part of this site, whether graphic, iconographic, textual, videographic or audio, may be copied, republished, stored in a search and retrieval system or reproduced, in any form or by any means, without the express permission of Helvetica Fermenti SA.
Helvetica Fermenti SA reserves the right to supplement, modify or delete its website and the information published therein at any time and without prior notice.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to orders and shipments of items you have ordered online on the www.intercellar.ch website, as well as to all sales made by other means (telephone, e-mail, etc.). By placing an order, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted them without reservation.
Helvetica Fermenti SA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on its website. Any order placed after publication of the new version of the general terms and conditions of sale constitutes acceptance of the latter.
By using the www.intercellar.ch website, you also agree to be bound by our website terms of use and privacy policy.
Order
Orders are subject to availability. Helvetica Fermenti SA reserves the right to modify the product range, vintages, prices, conditions and availability. By placing an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions and certify that you are at least 16 years of age (in accordance with Swiss law). Helvetica Fermenti SA reserves the right to refuse any order.
Payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. The prices published at the time of ordering apply. Helvetica Fermenti SA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Goods remain the property of Helvetica Fermenti SA until full payment has been received.
Payment is made by credit card or TWINT at the time of ordering on the website. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.
Delivery
For Switzerland: delivery costs CHF 15.00 for orders of less than 12 bottles. Delivery is free for orders of 12 bottles or more. Wines are mainly delivered by La Poste (VinoLog®). If express delivery is required, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.
All orders for Switzerland are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon receipt by the carrier.
For deliveries abroad, please contact us by e-mail.
Return of goods
You are responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery. In the event of breakage, incorrect delivery or defective goods, you must send a complaint to Helvetica Fermenti SA within 14 days of delivery, together with proof (photographs) so that a replacement can be arranged. Bottles and other items must be returned in their original packaging.
Data protection
The collection and processing of personal customer data by Helvetica Fermenti SA is explained in the data protection declaration. This declaration is an integral part of these GTC.
The customer declares that he agrees to Helvetica Fermenti AG using his personal data for direct marketing purposes such as advertising communication to the customer by e-mail and post.
Limitation of liability
Without limiting the scope of these general terms and conditions of sale, no claim whatsoever in respect of delivered products, non-delivery of products or otherwise may exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim for damages. In no event shall Helvetica Fermenti SA be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (even if the possibility of such damages was or could have been known to Helvetica Fermenti SA) arising in connection with its products, their use, sale or this site.
Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland.
