Delivery and returns

Delivery

For deliveries in Switzerland: the delivery charge is CHF 15 for orders of less than 12 bottles. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.

Delivery is free for orders of 12 bottles or more.

Wines are delivered mainly by La Poste (VinoLog®).

Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone if express delivery is required.

Return of goods

You must check the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery.

In the event of breakage, incorrect delivery or defective goods, you must send us a claim within 14 days of delivery, together with proof (photographs) so that we can arrange for a replacement. Bottles and other items must be returned in their original packaging.
