Micro-Négociant

InterCellar is a micro-négociant founded in 2021, producing artisanal wines from Swiss terroirs.

The grapes are sourced from exceptional winegrowers working primarily in the planetary-appellations of Féchy and Mont-sur-Rolle—set within the galaxy of La Côte, in the universe of Switzerland’s beautiful canton of Vaud.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously, followed by extended aging in oak barrels—a minimum of 11 months on the lees for whites, and 22 months for reds. Bottling is done by gravity, directly from the barrel.

The level of added sulfites varies depending on factors such as the vintage, and some wines are made with no added sulfites at all. After bottling, the wines rest for several months before being released.

All wines are certified organic, BioSuisse.
No wine is filtered or fined.

Born just under a light-year ago in Geneva, I was raised on endless Baywatch reruns and the defiant anthems of The Offspring. My brief artistic career ended at age six when I was kicked out of ballet class, prompting me to set my sights on other horizons.

A second-decan Gemini, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Geneva before heading to Bordeaux for a Master’s in Wine & Spirits Marketing and Management. It was during an internship—and a solar encounter with Jean-Michel Comme, then manager of Château Pontet-Canet in Pauillac—that everything shifted. It felt like a Big Bang. I decided to dive into the world of wine production and soon found myself pursuing a Bachelor’s in Viticulture and Oenology at Changins in Switzerland.

My journey continued on Swiss wine estates, where hands-on experience and inspiring connections—like stars forming in a nebula—sparked the idea of creating my own cosmos of terroir-driven wines. InterCellar, a micro-négociant, was born in September 2021.
