InterCellar is a micro-négociant founded in 2021 that produces crafted Swiss wines.
The Grapes come from selected stellar winegrowers who work mainly on the planet-appellations of Féchy and Mont-sur-Rolle located in the galaxy of La Côte, in the universe of the beautiful canton of Vaud in Switzerland.
All wines are certified BioSuisse. No wine is filtered or fined.

Fermentation is spontaneous, with long aging in oak barrels (a minimum of 11 months on the lees for our white wines and 22 months for our red wines) and bottling is done by gravity from the barrel. The amount of sulfite added depends on a number of factors, in particular the vintage. Some wines have no added sulfites. The wines are sold after a few months of bottle-aging.
Roxane Fenal – InterCellar Explorer
Born just under a light year ago in Geneva, I grew up to the rhythm of Pamela Anderson running across the sand and the sounds of The Offspring. Being kicked out of my ballet class at the age of 6 ended my artistic aspirations and I turned to other horizons.
Gemini of the 2nd decan, after a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of Geneva, I embarked on a Master’s degree in Marketing & Management of Wines and Spirits in Bordeaux. An internship and a solar encounter with Jean-Michel Comme, the manager of Château Pontet-Canet in Pauillac at the time, were like a Big Bang. I decided to explore the production side of wine and was propelled towards a Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture & Oenology at Changins in Switzerland.
I continued my exploration by working on wine estates in Switzerland. These encounters and experiences, like a nebula, gave me the desire to create my own cosmos of terroir wines to share my passion. InterCellar, a micro-négociant, was founded in September 2021.
